Common sense, but just as a reminder, hygiene is paramount to an enjoyable experience. I keep myself to high standards of grooming and ask all dates to do the same. Showering before intimacy, thoroughly washing hands, having immaculate oral hygiene, and a light spritz of cologne will make for a wonderful time.

As a light sleeper separate beds for sleeping would be highly favoured, though not essential. In any case, 6-8 hours of undisturbed sleep is required.

To be at my very best for you everyday, I require seperate rooms for sleeping for multi day dates, along with a bit of personal time for managing personal affairs and getting my workout in.
